Conference paper published in the ISOEN 2026 proceedings

Our conference paper “Scalable Fabrication of Nucleobase-Functionalized CVD Carbon Nanotube Field-Effect Transistors for Sub-ppb VOC Detection” has been published in the proceedings of the 2026 IEEE International Symposium on Olfaction and Electronic Nose (ISOEN), held in Chongqing, China, on May 17–20, 2026. Directly grown CVD carbon nanotube networks functionalized with DNA nucleobases resolve octanol down to 1 ppb, a step towards miniaturized electronic noses for disease diagnostics.
